Immigration
Adjustment of status is a piece of immigration law that aims to help those residing in the United States under non-immigrant status to gain immigrant status, or to obtain a green card.
To be considered for refugee status in the U.S., you must be referred to the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). There are specific criteria in place that govern the referral process. To learn more about this, please contact the immigration lawyers at Fasoro Law.
